21st Century Manufacturing Changing its Name
We will be changing the 21st Century (21CM) branded line of HSS Reamers to Alvord-Polk Tool effective 1/1/2010. A letter has been sent to you to give you some transition time prior to our change of this brand name. Many of you have catalogs in the field and promotional materials that the 21CM brand may appear on and we would like to give you a reasonable time period for this change.
We will continue manufacturing HSS Chucking Reamers, Capscrew Counterbores and other HSS and Cobalt products at our 21CM facility in Lake Preston, SD but those products will be manufactured for our Alvord-Polk Tool branded line. We will be blending both product offerings under the Alvord-Polk Tool name and are confident that this will only improve our fill rates and make utilizing our company a little easier.
The features that made 21CM a great value will continue to be honored by Alvord-Polk Tool. The voice at the other end of the phone will be same as well. If you have any questions about this transition or anything else in regards to our products, please just give me a call.
